Directions to the Dailysis Treatment Center

Directions From Northern, NJ

Route 80 East, or Route 46 East, or Route 3 East to the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 14C (Holland Tunnel Exit). After paying toll, remain on the road until the first traffic light (Jersey Avenue). Turn right at the traffic light, go one block to 10th Street, turn right. Go three blocks to Brunswick, turn left, go one block, turn left onto Ninth.

Take New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14C (Holland Tunnel). Immediately after you pay the toll, Get into the right-hand lane and take the Jersey City/Grand Street exit. Go to the 1st traffic light, on to Montgomery Street and make a right. Go two traffic lights to Monmouth Street. Make a left onto Monmouth Street all the way to 10th Street. Make a left on 10th  street, then make another left on Brunswick Ave, and another left on 9th street. The facility is on the left.

Alternate Route from the Northern New Jersey

Take Routes 1&9 South to Tonnelle Avenue circle. Follow the signs for the Holland Tunnel, via the State Highway (underground access road). When exiting the underpass, at the first traffic light (Jersey Avenue), turn right, and follow directions above.

Directions from Central New Jersey

Route 78 East to the New Jersey Turnpike; follow the signs for the turnpike extension (Exits 14A, 14B, 14C). Go to exit 14C and follow directions as above.

Route 280 East to the New Jersey Turnpike. Take the turnpike south to Exit 14C, follow directions as above.

Alternate Route

Route 78 East to Route 1&9 North to the Pulaski Skyway. Follow the sign for the Holland Tunnel via the State Highway. Follow directions as above (Alternate Route from Northern New Jersey).

Route 280 East to Route 7 East. Take Route 7 East to Newark Avenue. Remain on Newark Avenue to 7th Street. Turn left onto 7th Street, go three blocks to Monmouth Street, turn left. The facility is between Ninth and Tenth Street on the left-hand side.

From Southern New Jersey

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14C, follow Directions as above from Northern New Jersey.

Alternate Route

Take Routes 1&9 North to the Pulaski Skyway. Follow signs for the Holland Tunnel via the State Highway. Follow instructions as listed for Alternate Route from Northern New Jersey.
