"We have a very educated, competent staff," said acting director Annabelle Perez. "They are attentive to the patients, and they are willing to educate and care for the patients as individuals." Members of the staff speak both English and Spanish.

Perez has 13 years of experience treating patients with chronic dialysis. She is a registered nurse.
