The success of the Dialysis Center at Hamilton Park is a direct reflection of our staff. The dialysis unit staff consists of a multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, patient care technicians, social workers, dietitians and unit secretaries. The staff works together to ensure patients receive the best care possible. What makes this dialysis unit so special to patients are the people. Patients want to come here for their dialytic needs because our well-trained, compassionate and caring staff will take care of them. The staff truly embodies

The Dialysis Center has continued to grow. We are unique in that we specialize in treating short term dialysis patients that require sub-acute and post acute rehab services along with our residents that need dialysis treatment. We are an inpatient and outpatient facility that continually strives to improve its quality indicators so that patient outcomes are successful.
